Flame Resistant Hard Hat Liner

The 3033FRLG is a flame-resistant hard hat liner specifically engineered for warm weather use, made by Benchmark FR in the United States. Designed to provide arc flash and sun protection, this liner fits comfortably under any hard hat or helmet and helps reduce the risk of sun-related skin damage to the neck and ears while working outdoors.

NFPA states "Clothing and other apparel (such as hard hat liners and hair nets) made from materials that do not meet the requirements regarding melting, or made from materials that do not meet flammability requirements shall not be permitted to be worn.” In other words, the FR Hard Hat Liner will not further "contribute to the extent of an injury" (OSHA).

• Flame resistant for the life of the garment, meeting ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E requirements for electrical safety in the workplace.
• Arc Thermal Performance Value (ATPV) of 10 cal/cm², rated as HRC/CAT 2 PPE for arc flash protection.

• Dual function as a cooling towel—absorbent fabric can be dampened for extra cooling.

• Constructed from 97% flame-resistant cotton and 3% spandex for flexibility and comfort.
